Digital Marketing Expert

As a forward-thinking financial advisory firm, we are seeking an innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to support our social media strategy and internal system automations.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in managing social media and content creation in the financial services sector.

  • Develop, manage, and repurpose content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Design and distribute engaging email newsletters using branded assets.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta.
  • Monitor financial industry trends and news to create timely, compliant content.
  • Prepare all content for compliance approval workflows.
  • Build and manage AI-driven workflows and automations for marketing and client engagement.
  • Leverage AI tools for content ideation, personalization, and scheduling.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI across platforms.
  • Maintain and manage a robust marketing automation system and content calendar.
  • Generate and present monthly performance reports, including analytics and insights.

To succeed in this role, you will require 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing with proven results, proficiency with social media platforms, Canva, and video editing tools, demonstrated experience with Google Ads and Meta campaign management, familiarity with AI tools, ability to create and manage end-to-end marketing automation workflows, understanding of FCA compliance and the financial services marketing environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail, and independent work with a high degree of initiative and accountability.
