Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a skilled and creative Senior Interior Designer. We are seeking a highly motivated professional to lead the design of innovative interior spaces.

As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating detailed construction drawings, plans, and specifications. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive interior design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals.
  • Create high-quality construction drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software such as AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
  • Strong drafting skills and experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD.
  • Excellent understanding of construction details and building codes.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with project management and coordination.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) tools for immersive design presentations.
