Job Title: Junior Interior Designer and Project Manager

Location: Genteel Home Headquarters (Pampanga)

Working Days and Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Ballpark Offer: Indicative 20k - 30k per month

Role Overview: genteelhome Philippines, a premier furniture atelier and interior design firm renowned for its bespoke creations and commitment to Filipino craftsmanship, is seeking a Junior Interior Designer and Project Manager. This role involves collaborating with senior designers to develop innovative interior solutions, managing projects from conception to completion, and ensuring that all designs align with the company's dedication to quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Graduates from reputable design institutions will be prioritized.

-1-3 years of experience in interior design and project management, preferably within the luxury furniture design, residential, or commercial sectors.

-Proficiency in design software and Google Suite.

-A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects.

-Knowledge of sustainable design practices, technology, and materials is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development

Assist in creating detailed design concepts, shop drawings, 3D rendering, mood boards, and presentations that reflect the client's vision and Genteel Home's aesthetic standards.

Project Management

Oversee and spearhead project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution and turnovers.

Client Interaction

Participate in client meetings to understand design needs, preferences, and feedback, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Site Analysis

Conduct site visits to assess space availability, design requirements, and functional purposes, providing insights for optimal design solutions.

Supplier Coordination

Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to source materials, furnishings, and accessories that meet design specifications and budget constraints.

Quality Assurance

Ensure that all design and project management activities adhere to Genteel Home's standards of excellence and sustainability.

Skilled in design software such as AutoCAD, Blender, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
