  • The role is responsible for managing multi-vendor server infrastructure platforms to ensure a world-class infrastructure is maintained.
  • This includes performing routine planned OS upgrades, refreshes, and other tasks to deliver stable and reliable services.
","Key Responsibilities","
  • Plan and execute Virtual Machine (VM) migrations across multiple environments with minimal downtime.
  • Administer and maintain Linux-based systems supporting production workloads.
  • Manage and operate hypervisor platforms (Proxmox VE, VMware) for provisioning, migration, and lifecycle management.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to support migration, monitoring, and routine operations.
  • Implement and manage infrastructure automation using Puppet and Ansible for system configuration, deployment, and scaling.
  • Create and review Migration Plans and Change Management Requests to ensure smooth execution.
  • Perform scheduled out-of-hours maintenance in alignment with change management processes.

Strong hands-on experience with Linux administration (Ubuntu, Debian, RHEL, or similar).

Proven expertise with hypervisors: Proxmox VE and VMware vSphere/ESXi.

Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Perl; Python optional).

Practical experience with infrastructure automation (Puppet, Ansible).

Track record of successful VM migrations in enterprise environments.
