Lead Systems Architect

We are seeking an experienced Lead Systems Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the technical architecture for our AI agent platform, mentoring and guiding a small team of engineers, and collaborating with founders, product, and engineering to align architecture with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and optimize scalable front-end and back-end systems.
  • Mentor and guide a small team of engineers initially 2–3, scaling up to 10+.
  • Collaborate with founders, product, and engineering to align architecture with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in AI automation and workflow orchestration e.g., N8N, JSON, vector stores, databases.
  • Advanced experience with Next.js 14+, Node.js, JSON, Axios API.
  • Strong infrastructure background with Docker/Docker Compose, Linux-based development.
  • Hands-on experience with local networks, system security, and architecture design.
  • Experience managing remote deployments and instances Cloudflare preferred.
  • Extensive experience with Git versioning and modern project management practices.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Enterprise-grade security architecture experience.
  • Familiarity with large language models LLMs and AI agent frameworks.
