Lead Securities Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Securities Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of securities lending operations, including transaction handling, risk management, and process improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert-level support to the Securities Lending team, including guidance on transaction processing, risk assessment, and compliance.
  • Developing and maintaining effective processes and procedures to ensure seamless transaction execution and minimize risks.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, including trading desks and collateral teams, to resolve issues and optimize transaction flows.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of securities lending operations, including trade lifecycle management and risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and change management, with a focus on efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business insights.
