Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Cloud expert to join our team as a Senior Cloud Consultant. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to drive customer engagement and business success.

You will excel at translating complex marketing and business requirements into scalable and effective Marketing Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing processes and systems.
  2. Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  3. Configure and customise the system in line with solution design and adhere to best practices and standards.
  4. Provide input to projects estimate specific to declarative part of system design.
  5. Identify different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements.
  6. Manage implementation of SF Solution design to meet business requirements.
  7. Perform system configuration and groundwork per specification of an architect or lead designer.
  8. Stay updated with latest Marketing Cloud features and industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
