Operations Supervisor

Filinvest Group is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our F & B team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Systems/Operations: Oversee the daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and efficient use of resources.
• Staff/Training: Develop and implement effective training programs for staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge, focusing on areas such as safety protocols, customer service standards, and quality control measures.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks as required by management, contributing to the overall success of the department.

Performance Metrics:

• Departmental Productivity: Monitor and analyze productivity levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency.
• Cost Effectiveness: Optimize resource allocation, reducing waste and minimizing costs while maintaining high-quality services.
• Attendance and Punctuality: Foster a culture of reliability and accountability, promoting regular attendance and punctuality among team members.
• Numbers of Training Attended: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Customer Satisfaction Index: Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gauge customer satisfaction, using feedback to inform service improvements.
• Employee Motivational Index: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, recognizing and rewarding employees for outstanding performance and contributions.
• Quality Audit: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with international standards, addressing any deviations or issues promptly.
• Hygiene Inspection/Grading: Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness, adhering to strict inspection criteria to ensure excellence in this area.
• Numbers of Training Conducted: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to staff members, covering essential topics and reinforcing best practices.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
