The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Bartender who can provide exceptional service and ensure that all beverages are prepared to the highest standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Leading the beverage team and ensuring that all staff are trained to meet high standards

* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times

* Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer complaints in a professional manner

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you will need:

* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a busy restaurant environment

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
