Job Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Scrum team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project lifecycle, documentation, standards, and methodologies.

You will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements for the implementation of IT Systems, Enhancements, and Features.

Your key tasks will involve evaluating existing business solutions, identifying requirements, and developing strategies to maximize opportunities.

You will facilitate meetings to elicit requirements from business users and stakeholders, and review documents as inputs to requirements gathering activities.

A strong communicator with excellent analytical thinking skills is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent, and at least 3 years' experience in performing Business Analysis in Software Engineering or Software Testing.

  • Bug tracking tools such as Jira, Mantis, or BugZilla
  • Project lifecycle, documentation, standards, and methodologies
Requirements
