Job Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and be able to assist in the day-to-day tasks of the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Tasks: Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and other administrative tasks as required by the marketing team.
  2. Project Coordination: Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed.
  3. Marketing Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
  4. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics and provide data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related fields.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS is advantageous but not always required.
