Bridge Design Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bridge Design Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of professional experience in bridge design, including cable-stayed, suspension, arched, truss, and curved bridges.

The Bridge Design Expert will be responsible for developing innovative and structurally sound concepts that meet aesthetic and functional requirements. They will work closely with structural engineers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs align with technical and site-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop bridge design concepts and preliminary designs that meet client expectations
  • Collaborate with external firms during the transition from design development to construction documentation phases
  • Provide design insights and solutions for a variety of bridge types, including cable-stayed, suspension, arches, trusses, and curved bridges

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Structural Engineer
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in bridge design, with a focus on complex and unique bridge projects
  • Proven track record of working on cable-stayed, suspension, arched, truss, and curved bridge projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sofistik
  • Strong understanding of design development (DD) processes and technical detailing for bridges
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers, clients, and external partners
