**Job Title:** Subject Matter Expert

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert to join our team. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance on various marketing tools and platforms.

This is a key role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support on marketing tools and platforms, including Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, ChatGPT, GoHighLevel, and more.
  • Analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of marketing best practices and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, VA support, or SME roles.
  • Familiarity with at least 5 of the following tools: Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp.
  • Excellent written communication and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking.
