We're seeking a results-driven Amazon PPC & Growth Strategist to help scale our family-owned beauty and cosmetics brand. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing company in the aesthetics space, leading ad campaigns that drive visibility, sales, and long-term ROI.

The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, sharp analytical skills, and deep knowledge of Amazon's advertising ecosystem. You'll take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing strategies that fuel sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage advertising strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI and manage ACoS effectively
  • Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on real-time performance insights
  • Generate clear, actionable reports with recommendations
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, keywords, and campaign structures
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets strategically
  • Stay updated with Amazon platform changes, tools, and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with the team to align campaigns with brand objectives
  • Support listing optimization to ensure strong keywords, engaging copy, and ad-readiness
  • Track competitors and refine strategies proactively
  • Provide consistent performance updates and insights
Must-Have Requirements
  • Proven track record managing Amazon ad campaigns with measurable success
  • Strong knowledge of Seller Central and Amazon's ad platform
  • Skilled in keyword research and campaign performance analysis
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical ability
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple campaigns
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Background in beauty, cosmetics, or aesthetics (preferred but not required)
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Amazon Advertising certifications or advanced training
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
  • Understanding of Amazon SEO and listing optimization
  • Experience with other ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Knowledge of marketplace dynamics and consumer trends
  • Ability to work within Costa Rica time zone or with flexible availability
