HR Operations Assistant

At MC HOME DEPOT, we are seeking an exceptional HR Staff to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our business.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to handle various administrative tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to perform accurate timekeeping functions, which is critical to our organization's success.

Responsibilities:

• Perform clerical, technical, administrative, and office support duties as required.
• Assist the HR Officer and HR Manager with daily tasks and projects.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of timekeeping functions.
• Maintain accurate records and reports as necessary.

Requirements:

• Educational Attainment: Graduate of a 4-year course.
• Job Type: Full-time.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday.
• Ability to commute/relocate: Taguig City - Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Human Resources experience: 1 year (preferable).
