Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced financial professional with extensive knowledge of property accounting and financial analysis to manage our financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and provide valuable financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial functions for real estate properties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Utilize specialized software to manage property accounting, tenant ledgers, rent payments, owner statements, and property reports.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks Online to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Process monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
  • Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with property managers and other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
    • Proven experience in property accounting and financial analysis.
      • Extensive hands-on experience with specialized software (required).
      • Strong QuickBooks Online skills with proven track record of accurate bookkeeping.
      • In-depth understanding of financial workflows, including rent collection, owner payouts, and property expense tracking.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
      • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
