Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the design and implementation of scalable systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for launching automations and building executive dashboards that drive measurable impact.

You will work closely with advisory committees and subject-matter experts to co-create and optimize systems across various business verticals. This role requires a builder who can simplify complexity, translate vision into operations, and deliver results that move the needle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map and simplify end-to-end processes into clear SOPs.
  • Build no/low-code integrations and automations across our technology stack.
  • Launch executive dashboards and track before/after impact.
  • Source and orchestrate advisory committees/SMEs: identify gaps, shortlist experts, negotiate engagements, run workshops, convert recommendations into implemented changes, and track outcomes.
  • Train process owners and drive change management and adoption.
  • Run POC → Pilot → Rollout with clear success metrics and learnings.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.

Experience:

  • At least 8 years of experience in BPM/Automation/Operations Excellence.

Skills:

  • BPMN process mapping & concise SOP writing.
  • No/Low-Code automation and API/Webhook integrations.
  • Analytics & KPI design; before/after impact measurement.
  • Advisor sourcing, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
  • Project management: Agile, Lean, and 80/20 thinking.
  • Executive communication and clear documentation.
