The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
Job Description:The Office Support Specialist will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and clerical support to the department, including but not limited to:
- Answering phones and responding to emails.
- Preparing and editing documents.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience preferred.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
