Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Professional to play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong accounting skills and experience in cash and tax basis accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements with precision and efficiency.
  • Perform key month-end accounting tasks, including financial data entry/import, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain fixed asset schedules and assist in tax return preparation during peak seasons.
  • Reconcile books across three entities each month with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Manage accounts payable processing through RAMP software integrated with NetSuite.
  • Support client-facing accounting teams with monthly close activities in QuickBooks Online when available.
  • Participate in ad-hoc accounting projects and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with 3-5+ years of accounting experience. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and possess strong data management skills.

  • Strong foundation in cash and tax basis accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, macros, VLOOKUPs).
  • Certified in QuickBooks Online (QBO preferred); experience with Accounting CS is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Professional communication skills and ability to interact effectively with staff and clients.
  • Maintains confidentiality and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
