Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with expertise in labor relations, employee engagement, and organizational development.

  • Labor Relations:
    • Represent the company in labor disputes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of employment-related matters.
    • Serve termination notices in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Coordinate exit procedures for resigned and terminated employees, ensuring seamless transition and minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and overall well-being.
    • Cultivate a positive work environment through regular site visits, feedback sessions, and coaching.
  • Performance Management:
    • Design and implement performance evaluation processes that promote growth, development, and accountability.
    • Collaborate with department heads to establish clear goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration:
    • Administer benefits programs, including government-mandated and company-initiated initiatives.
    • Maintain accurate records of employee movement, promotions, regularization, merit increases, and salary adjustments.
  • Records and Reports Management:
    • Prepare comprehensive reports on terminations, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, and other relevant data.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on analysis of employee data and trends.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist personnel with general office support functions as necessary.
  • In the absence of the HR Head, handle issues and inquiries, and provide authorized information to employees related to employee relations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in labor relations, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful HR initiatives and improving employee satisfaction and retention.
