Job Title

Sought after Finance Professional to Lead Accounting Operations and Strategic Planning.

  • Accounting Operations Leader:
    • Ensure day-to-day accounting operations run smoothly and accurately.
    • Mentor junior accountants and streamline reporting processes.
  • Financial Planning Expert:
    • Develop and implement strategic financial plans.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve goals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent accounting acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be able to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Client Coordination:
    • Serve as a key point of contact for all accounting-related matters.
    • Collaborate and communicate with investors, external accounting teams, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed.
  2. Operational Excellence:
    • Supervise full-cycle accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely, accurate posting and reconciliation.
    • Prepare and review key financial reports, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and custom client-facing reports.
  3. Process and Policy Management:
    • Develop, document, and implement internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
    • Recommend and drive process improvements across the team to reduce inefficiencies and improve reporting accuracy.
  4. Hands-on Accounting:
    • Perform or oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks.
    • Manage General Ledger activity, including journal entries, accruals, and monthly close processes.
