Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member of the Global People Team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing talent strategies that align with our organizational goals.

This position requires a high level of expertise in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent globally, across different markets. You will leverage data and market insights to inform hiring decisions, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and lead key talent initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to identify the best fit for each role.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality and diverse candidates to promote inclusivity within the organization.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, direct sourcing, networking, job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates and build talent pools.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, delivering a positive candidate experience and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Promote the company's employer brand through various channels and participate in employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires with a focus on sales (GTM) roles preferred.
  • Experience in recruiting for Fintech and/or IT industry.
  • Proven experience managing international recruitment campaigns across diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology to track and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
  • Deep expertise in modern recruitment methodologies, including talent mapping, market intelligence, and proactive sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
