Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and tracking progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
  • Develop and adapt marketing content for diverse channels, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for creative work.
  • Coordinate webinars and events, handling logistics, scheduling, and reminders.
  • Maintain HubSpot hygiene, update contact records, and manage lists.
  • Leverage AI tools for research, drafting, and formatting assistance.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, SEO research, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, QA content, and coordinate team approvals.
Required Skills:
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, or related roles.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with a polished design aesthetic.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with attention to branding consistency and layout detail.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot for CRM upkeep, list management, and email workflows.
  • Awareness of SEO principles and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for research, content drafting, and process efficiency.
