Job Title

Lead E Clinical Suite Implementation Project Manager with strong experience in strategic delivery roles.

Location - Remote or India based, flexible working arrangements available.

Engagement Type: Strategic delivery role eClinical suite implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of eClinical initiatives, including eCOA platform rollouts and integration with client systems.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, develop strategies for effective team collaboration and onboard new members.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues promptly.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience managing eClinical or eCOA product implementations, preferably in a strategic delivery role.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory compliance, and data privacy.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification highly desirable.
