Card Operations Manager

The Card Operations Manager oversees all card-related activities, including production, initialization, personalization, issuance, defunding, and more. This individual plays a key technical role in ensuring the smooth operation of these processes.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Oversight
    • Supervise card production and printing
    • Oversee initialization and personalization
    • Manage issuance and card replacement
    • Monitor card defunding and blacklisting
    • Coordinate SAM initialization
  • Quality ControlEnsure data integrity and card delivery meet client requirements.
  • Central CoordinationBe the central point of contact for card equipment maintenance, printing, and replacements.
  • Application ProcessingEncode and produce concessionary card applications, replacements, with ad-hoc clerical tasks.
  • Documentation ManagementEnsure all documents related to Card Operations are filed and safely stored.
  • Internal AuditsConduct internal audits for card processing, checking, approval, release, and production processes.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, supervise, coach, and review individual performance regularly.
    • Provide real-time coaching and mentoring on disciplinary cases and other matters.
    • Offer feedback for continuous improvement and advancement of company goals.
    • Fully support employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention initiatives.
    • Participate in training, capacity building, and resource development efforts.

Education and Experience
  • University degree from leading academic institutions
  • Minimum one year of experience in initializing and personalizing cards
