Job Summary
The Social Media Reputation Manager will oversee our online presence across multiple platforms to ensure a consistent, professional, and compliant brand voice.

This role entails monitoring reviews on various review platforms, engaging with conversations on social media, drafting responses to both positive and negative reviews, and escalating sensitive or compliance-related issues to internal leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews on review platforms.
  • Track and engage with relevant conversations on social media platforms.
  • Draft professional responses to both positive and negative reviews and comments.
  • Evaluate and escalate sensitive or compliance-related issues to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop processes to ensure timely responses and continuous monitoring of online presence.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in online reputation management, digital marketing, community management, or a related field.
  • Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution abilities.
  • Familiarity with ORM tools and software such as Sprout Social or Brandwatch.
  • Experience working with US-based business culture and maintaining professional communication standards.
  • (Preferred) Experience working within regulated industries such as financial services.
