Compliance Professional

We seek a Compliance expert with finance and banking experience, particularly in corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Knowledge of BSP regulations and relevant laws is essential.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develops and conducts periodic compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across Branches and Head Office Units or Departments.
  • Proposes and recommends measures to enhance operational efficiency based on identified compliance issues.
  • Maintains compliance awareness by monitoring implementation status and updating compliance monitoring reports.
  • Synchronizes internal policies with regulatory guidelines and ensures adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assists in documenting operational guidelines and procedural policies for effective compliance management.
  • Maintains a library of banking laws, regulations, and issuances related to compliance.
