Job Title:

Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Analyst plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our operations by ensuring adherence to regulatory, legislative, contractual, and risk management requirements. This includes ongoing oversight over compliance with reporting obligations and maintaining effective checklists for different regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure ongoing oversight over compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual, and risk management requirements and reporting.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of compliance processes and checklists in different regions.
  • Research and analyze changes in regulatory and legislative requirements to determine impact on risk exposure.
  • Support various departments and business units by participating on working committees and test groups as required.
  • Maintain regular communication and contact with other sites and monitor and report on performance.

Requirements:

  • University Degree and 5 years relevant experience.
  • Experience with compliance and/or risk management/audit.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC.
