Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Researcher to make outbound calls to clients and gather information about their experiences with service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make high-quality calls to clients to capture key trends and insights.
  • Engage with clients in a professional manner to gather feedback.
  • Document conversations accurately and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the industry and adapt to new processes and requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in handling US Banking, Loans, and Mortgages voice accounts.
  • Strong understanding of personal loans, auto loans, mortgages, HELOC, and refinancing.
  • Familiarity with key terms such as APR, origination fee, prepayment penalty, DTI ratio, and credit score impact.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience making outbound verification/info-gathering calls to US lenders/banks.
  • Ability to read lender materials and capture data with zero-defect accuracy.
  • Clear spoken English and strong note-taking skills.
  • High attention to detail and comfort with call recordings and QA scoring.
