Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will provide financial expertise and guidance to support business growth and success.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with senior management teams to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business results.
  • With strong analytical skills and attention to detail, you will analyze financial data and models to inform business decisions.
  • Your expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning will be invaluable in helping the organization achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for financial optimization.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in banking or treasury.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Oracle systems an asset.
