Accounting Professional Wanted

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting accounting operations and financial reporting for multiple clients on a full-time remote basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly financial close and related tasks.
  • Account analysis, reconciliation, and balance management.
  • Invoice customers and manage accounts receivable processes.
  • Process accounts payable entries, including approval workflows.
  • Communicate and report to tax authorities.
  • Address inquiries from clients and external parties.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting services.
  • Ensure all assignments meet quality standards.
  • Identify and communicate engagement-related matters.
Job RequirementsProfessional Expertise
  • Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in invoicing, accounts receivable management, and collections.
  • Accounts payable entry and issue resolution skills.
  • Accruals and prepaid expense analysis expertise.
  • Proficiency with web-based accounting software applications.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills.
