Procurement Operations Specialist

This role involves working in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for Procurement operations and Contract Administration. You will support the vendor contract review process, manage procurement documents, and ensure timely renewals or terminations of contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Vendor contract review and coordination with business owners and vendors
- Management of procurement documentation including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
- Internal and external calendar scheduling management
- Contract execution and database management
- Lifecycle management of procurement contracts ensuring timely renewals, amendments, or terminations
- Detail-oriented with ability to identify discrepancies in contract terms
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Procurement experience with focus on indirect spend in fast-paced environment
- Competent in Microsoft applications; experience with Coupa Procure to Pay system preferred
- General understanding of terms and conditions for procurement contracts and experience working with Legal team desired
- Experience in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining procurement documents
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating supplier performance and contract terms
- Familiarity with procurement regulations and compliance standards
