">Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management
    • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the podcast.
    • Manage social media presence across Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok by creating engaging content and scheduling posts.
    • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a strong online community.
    • Write SEO-optimized blog posts for each podcast episode.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Monitor and analyze monthly podcast analytics reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
    • Manage podcast inbox and respond to listener inquiries in a timely manner.
    • Handle inbound sponsorship inquiries using provided templates and coordinate sponsorship sales.
  • Growth Marketing Initiatives
    • Execute various growth tactics as directed by the host to increase podcast visibility and reach new audiences.
    • Research and implement new marketing strategies to improve podcast performance.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing, with a proven track record of creating engaging content and managing social media presence. Tech-savviness and a willingness to learn new tools and platforms are essential.
