We are seeking a visionary Digital Content Curator to lead our social media presence and engage our global audience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy & Creation:
    • Develop a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with our brand voice and values.
    • Curate and create high-quality, visually appealing content tailored to each platform.
    • Sources trends, lifestyle inspiration, and community-generated content to drive engagement.
    • Collaborates with teams to amplify campaigns and activations.
  • Scheduling & Publishing:
    • Manages and schedules posts across multiple platforms for maximum engagement.
    • E nsures timely and consistent publishing in line with trending moments and campaign timelines.
    • Monitors comments and mentions, engaging with the community in a friendly and authentic way.
  • Community Building:
    • Buil ds and nurtures a strong connection with our audience, creating meaningful conversations and engagement.
    • Collaborates with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our global reach.
    • Spot s opportunities to highlight real weddings and user stories.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Tracks, analyzes, and reports on social media performance and audience growth.
    • Provides actionable insights to refine strategies and campaigns.
    • Stays up-to-date with platform changes and wedding industry developments.
  • Platform Optimization:
    • Maintains profiles optimized, polished, and reflective of our premium positioning.
    • Experiments with new features and platform opportunities to stay ahead of trends.
    • Oversees social advertising campaigns to boost visibility and reach.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in social media management, ideally in weddings, fashion, lifestyle, or entertainment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
    • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
    • Proficiency in design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
    • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
    • Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics, trends, and cultural moments.
