About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced office clinic setting.
- Care for and treat patients: You will assess patients' conditions, administer medication, dress wounds, interpret physicians' instructions, assist with emergencies, and perform related tasks as directed.
- Maintain accurate records: You will maintain records of vital statistics and other pertinent data of patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available at all times.
- Clean and sterilize equipment: You will clean and sterilize medical equipment and maintain medical supplies, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Prepare inventory reports: You will prepare monthly inventory reports of medicine/supply usage and expenses, ensuring accurate tracking and optimization of resources.
- Educate employees and patients: You will treat and educate employees about various medical conditions, providing advice and emotional support to patients regardless of specialty or work setting.
- Record patients' medical history: You will record patients' medical history and symptoms, help perform diagnostic tests, analyze results, administer treatment and medications, and help with patient follow-up and rehabilitation.
- Monitor and report symptoms: You will monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions, ensuring timely interventions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing: A degree in Bachelor of Nursing is required.
- Proven clinical skills: Proven experience/skills in clinical skills, bedside manner, infection control, nursing skills, physiological knowledge, administering medication, medical teamwork, multi-tasking, listening, verbal communication, health promotion and maintenance are essential.
- Customer service orientation: Customer service orientation is crucial in this role.
- Good communication skills: Good communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
