Job Opportunity

A Title Analyst is responsible for providing accurate and timely title services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research vesting titles, surface titles, or mineral titles using online resources.
  • Communicate with field agents regarding needed research to cover gaps.
  • Examine documents provided by field agents.
  • Enter required data to generate necessary reports.
  • Prepare flowcharts, plats & deed plots.
  • Review other agents' work and make corrections.
  • Prepare final deliverables to be sent to clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with others as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in history, political science, research, or a related field.
  • Strong background in conducting extensive research and a keen attention to detail.
  • Sufficient knowledge to access online records and review documents to complete a chain of titles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat Pro for creating and organizing ownership timelines.
