A/B Testing & Optimization:
  • Analyze A/B testing results to inform design decisions.
  • Implement iterative changes to optimize performance quickly.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to align design efforts with campaign objectives.
  • Clearly communicate design concepts and optimization strategies to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in web design.
  • Proficiency in Figma libraries and A/B testing.
