HR Data Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Data Specialist to join our global team. As an integral part of the organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of employee data across various HR systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Verifying the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of employee data throughout the entire employment lifecycle.
  2. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information with discretion and responsibility.
  3. Providing timely support to resolve HCM process and data issues by collaborating closely with the HR Operations team and other stakeholders.
  4. Responding to internal user queries through various channels, escalating complex or sensitive cases to the designated HRIS Supervisor.

Requirements:
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HRIS support, employee data management, or HR operations, preferably in a Shared Services or multi-geo setup.
  • Working knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with a commitment to data accuracy and compliance.

A strong sense of professional integrity is essential for this role, as it involves handling sensitive employee data. Any misuse, negligence, or breach of data privacy may be subject to disciplinary action in line with company policies.
