Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AR Manager to lead our Financial Accounting Advisory Services team. This role involves managing the delivery of AR services, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and designing effective project plans.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, including collections, dispute management, and cash application. They should also be able to develop and maintain strong client relationships and support the development of internal frameworks and tools.

Requirements
  • Recognized finance qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, ACA) desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Shared Services Centre or multinational environment within R2R, AR or O2C roles, with at least 2 in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes—including collections, dispute management, and cash application—along with knowledge of R2R activities.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, transformation, or shared services environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing client engagements and project deliverables within scope, budget and timeline.

Skills & Experience Required

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Advanced systems expertise, particularly with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP platforms.
  2. Proficient in Excel and exposure to reporting platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
