Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial data input and management in the Workday Adaptive Planning system for monthly forecasting and budgeting cycles.
  • Ensure high-quality data across relevant systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies as necessary.
  • Support analysis, review, and presentation of budgets and forecasts to senior finance leadership and business owners.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports comparing actual results against budgeted and forecasted results, highlighting variances and providing insightful commentary.
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and modeling requests within the FP&A team.
Projects
  • Finance system migrations and integrations.
  • Development of reporting tools and processes.
  • Delivery of enhancements to core finance systems.
Requirements
  • A qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) with a practice background and strong accounting capabilities.
  • Post-qualification experience in industry preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills, with financial modeling expertise essential.
  • Experience with Power BI, Workday, Sharperlight, and Netsuite advantageous.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Clear communication and summarization skills for senior management audiences.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Understanding of multi-currency and global operating environments.
