Business Development Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Field Sales Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and achievement of business objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives, developing and implementing sales plans, and driving sales growth and achievement of business objectives. They will also be expected to conduct regular accompanied call reports (ACR) with sales executives to monitor progress and provide feedback.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least two years of supervisory experience in a marketing or sales environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Knowledge of sales management principles and practices, including key account management and sales strategy development.
