Financial Operations Specialist

The role involves supporting and facilitating the management of our company's financial records. We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and manage our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:- General Accounting: Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, rent roll/property accounts payable and receivable.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow forecasts.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of company bank accounts and credit cards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring they are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with Australian taxation laws.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with senior management to prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Financial Advice: Provide financial insights to management to help with business decisions, cost control, and profitability.
