Production Team Coordinator

This role is responsible for coordinating a team of creatives, optimizing production schedules, and ensuring all work is completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
- Coordinate with team members, manage production schedules, and ensure all work is completed on time.
- Monitor production progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
- Collaborate with specialists to meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Identify design requirements for all requests assigned to the team in collaboration with coordinators and specialists.
Additional responsibilities include keeping project notes updated based on client preferences and coordinating updates within the team as needed.
Requirements:- Possess passion for creative excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Proficient in project and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Practical understanding of Canva, Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Resourceful and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to organize and comprehend project requirements, even when not well-defined.
- Experience with project management platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines for high-quality work.
- Decision-making, negotiation, and forward-thinking abilities.
