Certified Financial Operations Specialist


About the Job:

This entry-level position is designed for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual who can provide high-quality accounting support to our clients. The Corporate Accounting Specialist will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and performing reconciliations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process bank feeds and reconcile client accounts
  • Code transactions according to established procedures
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Xero
  • Familiarity with property management accounting and NARPM standards
  • Prior experience in payroll processing and tax filing

Work Environment:
