Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spanish Bilingual Call Center Associate to join our team and provide outstanding support to our clients. The successful candidate will attend to inbound/outbound calls, and provide support through various channels like phone, email, chat services.

The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious) with excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.

This role requires the ability to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words a minute with 95% accuracy), as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

In addition, the candidate should have a strong aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation, with the ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues.

This position involves working in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent, therefore the ability to thrive in such conditions is essential.

The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, timely, and professional manner, listening, understanding customer needs, and resolving any concerns.

The role also requires following processes, performing tasks in a courteous and professional manner, utilizing systems and technology, adhering to required scripts, policies, and procedures, and complying with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal information.

Apart from the above mentioned responsibilities, this position entails attending meetings and training, reviewing all new training material to stay up-to-date on changes to program knowledge, systems, and processes, as well as adhering to attendance and work schedule requirements.
