Job Description

The LMS Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Learning Management System. Key responsibilities include managing user accounts, generating reports, and maintaining compliance dashboards. A strong understanding of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage LMS user accounts and ensure roster is up-to-date
  • Generate reports using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Maintain compliance dashboards and coordinate with departments to increase compliance
  • Configure, maintain, and improve LMS tools and plugins
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and provide feedback to developers

Requirements

  • Degree in L&D systems or Computer Science
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service or technical support experience
