Job Overview

The Performance Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the Shopify store's performance, user experience, and conversion rates. Key responsibilities include managing product listings, integrations, website optimization, marketing strategies, and data analysis for growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and update the Shopify store with accurate products, collections, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with developers as needed.
  • Optimize site performance, speed, mobile responsiveness, and checkout flow to enhance conversions.
  • Run A/B testing to identify weaknesses and improve usability.
  • Handle product listings, descriptions, pricing, and real-time inventory management.
  • Develop and execute eCommerce marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email, social media, and sales channels).
  • Monitor store performance using Shopify and Google Analytics; create reports and recommend improvements.
  • Enhance branding, storefront design, and merchandising in collaboration with marketing and design teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing a Shopify store, including product listings, inventory, and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email, social media).
  • Strong understanding of Shopify apps, plugins, and integrations.
  • Experience with website troubleshooting and coordination with developers.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and other performance tracking tools.
  • Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, Liquid) to implement simple customizations.
  • Creative mindset with experience in visual merchandising and branding.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A dual Monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM).
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed.
