  • Achieving sales targets and revenue goals quarterly and annually by expanding business with existing enterprise clients.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients at the enterprise level, understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans that align with client objectives and drive business growth, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Conducting regular business reviews with named accounts to review performance metrics, discuss strategic initiatives, and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account plans in the OSC, generating reports and analysis to track progress, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment with client needs and objectives.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks or issues that may impact the relationship with enterprise clients, proactively addressing challenges, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations to maintain trust and credibility.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging technologies that may impact clients businesses, providing insights and recommendations to clients based on market intelligence.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, addressing client concerns or issues promptly, and acting as an advocate for the client within the organization.
