Responsibilities:
  1. Configure and customize Jira Service Management (JSM) to support ITSM processes, ensuring seamless workflows, automation, and integrations across our cloud environments.
  2. Implement and manage Cloud-based Jira environments, guaranteeing scalability, security, and performance.
  3. Develop and optimize automation rules, scripts, and custom workflows to enhance service delivery.
  4. Integrate Jira with Confluence, Bitbucket, AWS, Azure, and third-party ITSM tools.
  5. Provide technical expertise on best practices for ITIL-compliant service management.
  6. Troubleshoot system issues, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
Requirements:
  1. At least 3 years of experience in Jira administration and customization (JSM & Cloud).
  2. Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL, Incident/Change/Problem Management).
  3. Expertise in Jira automation, scripting (Groovy, JavaScript), and REST APIs.
  4. Experience integrating Jira with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  5. Solid understanding of the Atlassian ecosystem (Confluence, Bitbucket, Opsgenie, etc.).
  6. Ability to troubleshoot, optimize workflows, and improve ITSM efficiency.
