Job Opportunity

We seek a Product Manager to enhance our supplement products focusing on taste, packaging, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct calls.
  • Work with manufacturers and suppliers to improve product taste, formulation, and packaging.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors.
  • Partner with marketing, supply chain, and design teams to align product improvements with brand positioning.
  • Use data analytics to measure the success of product improvements.
  • Ensure all product changes comply with industry regulations and quality standards.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and able to drive product innovation through customer insights.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 3+ Years of experience in product management within the supplements or health & wellness industry.
  • Proven experience in improving product taste, formulation, and packaging.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, survey methodologies, and product testing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working remotely.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics).
